Kampung Coklat Blitar, Indonesia (Chocolate Village Indonesia)

When I join the college additional class that call “Field Trip” who always held a time for years. So, the first destination that we were visited is “Chocolate Village”. I really hope that I can explain this topic clearly and easily. So here are
1.       Location

Chocolate Village locates in Blitar, to be more precise is at Jl. Banteng Blorok no. 18 Desa Plosorejo Kec, Kademangan. For the number phone 085234056418. Or you are able to email in gapoktan_kakao@yahoo.co.id. If you are from Jogja it will be taken about 7-9 hours with a bus. Because of I went there with a college partner and this is my college agenda I don’t know about the price of the bus.

2.       The Price for Entering

It’s very cheap I guess, for entering you will let with Rp. 5.000. you are able to pay it on the front side of Chocolate Village. I suppose to say it’s price for weekday or weekend I guess it’s for all day. If you have agenda and it will need a lot of tickets actually you can call the number in the up. If your group is much cheaper you can get.

3.       The guide

To get a much knowledge there you will be accompanied by a beauty guide. They will be say anything about Chocolate Village and you can talk or ask several questions with them.

      4.       Take a little break and fell the Chocolate Mix

Chocolate Village gives you a lot of culinary about chocolate, such as Chocolate Mix. Chocolate Mix has two variations there are hot and cold. Both of that is crazy delicious and depend on the person who ordering that. But, fortunately, if you want to order you have to pay wit Rp..8000 for a cup. The taste is good, the dark and natural chocolate has a great variation. 

5.      Little hungry? They give several solutions

Sometime when we are learning about something we are going to hungry. Isn’t?. If that happens do not be confused because Chocolate Village has several solutions. You can buy popcorn with Rp. 10.000 for a pcs and Ice Cream is Rp.7000 for each. If you are hungry at a high level but not to eat the rice you should order sosis, Cilot or Gado-Gado ( a special food from everyone in Indonesia)The step for ordering is you must say to the cashier what is a product that you want. After that take the note that will be given from receptionist quickly. If you have taken note you are allowed to eat that.

  
6.       Learning about agriculture, or Kakao Plantation

 As a place who give an education learning. I myself realize it is perfectly comfortable. Like in the picture below, we are learning about How to plant Kakao and make it always healthy and easy to live. 





7.       Enjoy the fish in the pool

With a huge place, Chocolate Village gives a natural concept one of them is the fish in the pool. Just like another place, fish give you fresh sightseeing and relaxing your body with the message that given from the small fish in the pool.


  


8.       Show your art with Chocolate Creation

You can do it in Cooking class. You can full fill the chocolate with your creation, color and things like that. You will teach how by the chef or the guides. Several people show the creativity in that with collaborate with romantic art. All of my friends write down the name of his or her couple. After that, they taking a picture and uploaded. If you are interested in doing that you have to pay about Rp. 500 each gram. The room of cooking class is fresh, full of chocolate and could be for 40 participants I guess.


  

9.       You go there with your kids.

It is okay if you go there with your children. I say that because Chocolate village has a duck transportation on the water. It’s a small lake in there, and several games are ready for your children.



  


10.   You go with your friends or Company

Absolutely it’s a big benefit you will get if you go there is discuss with the owner and the managers. They will teach you all of the production system, operation system, marketing strategy and more. You will be allocated in a big hall with two floors. I guess the room could be for 1000-15000 participant. If you have something to share or ask you can ask to them.

  

11.   Pastry for ordering

If you want to make a small or big party you can come to Pastry and say anything you want. They will serve you and make your cake. Not only that you can buy the product who has made by the society around Chocolate Village. The kind of product such as Kerupuk, Keripik, Crackers in English, 






12.   Chocolate Noodle

Are you Noodle addict? Come there and fell the Chocolate Noodle. The price is only Rp. 8000 for a portion. With natural Chocolate, I guess the taste is good. I don’t know it’s a smart collaboration or not but just try it. 





13.   Boat on the long River

With a rubber boat, you can fell the journey on the River. As you can probably guess like I explained before, a smart collaboration with nature is totally comfortable for doing all activities, although it’s not a real adventure but it is almost similarly. You can teach your kids to do exercise or adventurous soul there. The price for rent the boat is Rp. 15.000 for 10 minutes. It’s very cheap then buy a rubber boat like that. 





14.   Trampoline, Electric Car, Small train, and Water jump

Jump, jump, and Jumps.  Drive and Road the race. Swim swam and Swimming. It’s another kind of games for the under age or under 13. The price for Electric Car is Rp. 15.000 for ten minutes. Small Train is Rp. 5.000 for a road and Rp. 10.000 for a trampoline. For Water Jump the price is Rp. 15.000 for kids and for the parent is Rp. 5.000. Cheaper right? So, don’t let your child fell the happiness play the games there. And don’t afraid, because that will be someone who keeps your child safe play there. 




15.   Don’t afraid with the hot weather

Everything just like has solutions. Such as the hot water they use nets for keeping you are cool in the village while doing a lot of activities there. 






16.   Enjoy the Music during lunch

After enjoyed the games and learning you will totally hungry. So you are able to take a lunch there. Every lunch time that will be performing a band or acoustic band. Learning musing and eating is totally joyful. No time without uncomfortable while you doing some time in Chocolate Village. For the price of lunch its depend on what is the dish you were taken but it's free for music. 



17.   Buy Everything about Chocolate

After you finished your adventure in Kampung Coklat. They present you a gift that you are able to buy. It’s product from Chocolate Village. So, it’s real chocolate from Indonesia. If you want to fell the original test of Kakao, you will figure out there. If you have no money you can not pay it with your debit or credit card. They just allowed paying with fresh money. But overall the price is cheap.
