Away from Hometown, are you afraid?

My hometown is in Dumai, Riau Province Indonesia, beautiful place with  most polluted by emission gasses because Fire Forest in the Peatland. My hometown well know with Fire Forest because every year always any forest or peatland was fire by company or someone. Fire Forest in my hometown was able to overspread to the Singapore and Malaysia, these happen because that country nearest with my hometown Dumai, Riau

Right now I have been in Yogyakarta about 2 years to pass on my study. I have choosed Yogyakarta because Yogyakarta wellknow as education city in Indonesia. In Yogyakarta there are several famous universities just like the most popular are UGM (Gadjah Mada University) , next will be UII (Islamic University of Indonesia) and UMY (Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta). I have choosed agriculture program especially agriculture business (agribisnis) in UMY. I think agriculture will be the most important to explore especially in business because as everybody know Indonesia is agricultural country.

Yogyakarta and Dumai has longer distance because there are different island each other. Yogyakarta and Dumai distance is about 2.036 kilometers and will be taking 41 hours to arrive without stop by using a car. Dumai and Yogyakarta also have different culture because Dumai ethnic  is Melayuness and Yogyakarta ethnic is Javaness. Another different between Dumai and Yogyakarta are native manner, the consept of learning, speaking, and many more.

Yogyakarta lives is really appreciate me to more explore my ambition. In Yogyakarta I have met many person from another city too. When I was in my hometown I used to talk with my ethnic style, but in Yogyakarta I have to use more formal grammar of Indonesia. I was finding more vision for my life. I was find that by making convertation with another person and by combine with the native society in Yogyakarta. Another thing I got from Yogyakarta is the motivation of live. I completly amazing with this city because I can find many study of science in college also in another places just like mosque and group discussion.

I can’t stop my ambision only in this city, Yogyakarta has bring the big effect of my life. I learn many thing in Yogyakarta. Far away from hometown make me so immpressed without afraid anymore. My next mission is to live and learn in Europe and U.S.A for post graduate or to continue my carier after this bachelor degree. By far away from our hometown we will be able to learn the true life, different life for more better future.
